Māori culture has always acknowledged the importance of nurturing Ora Nui in multiple streams of life: The People (Manaakitanga), the family (Whanaungatanga), and the land (Kaitiakitanga). As a whanau of blended cultures, Ora Nui Foods is founded on these principles, selling fresh vegetables to local producers in the Western Bay of Plenty region.

We are a husband and wife team (Jess and Kenney) in a family business nestled in the hills of the Waihi Woodlands. With our livelihood as dry stock farmers and years of experience in the farming industry, Ora Nui Foods was born from a love of growing and producing healthy food that is packed full of nutrients.

Our nation has always paved the way with innovative farming practices, and our mission is to deliver and serve the most nutrient-dense vegetables farmed with sustainability at the forefront of everything we do. Using practices like cover crops, row covers, and regenerative principles, we are confident that our food will deliver the most nutrient-dense vegetables that are completely spray-free and sustainable.
