At Ora Nui Farms, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality
organic produce.
Your Rights Under New Zealand Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer
Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as
described, please contact us and we will work with you on a suitable
remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit where
appropriate.
Fresh Produce and Perishable Goods
Because our produce is fresh and seasonal, natural variation in size,
colour, and shape may occur.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect orders made by customers
Failure to refrigerate/store produce correctly after delivery
Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with fresh produce
Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for fresh produce concerns.
Include:
Order number
Photos of affected items
Brief description of the issue
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method
unless otherwise agreed.
