Our Locally Grown Microgreens have become a staple in in Our Whare, and a Beloved Garnish with Our Customers! Microgreens are young, edible seedlings of vegetables, herbs, and grains harvested just after the first true leaves have developed. Often called a "superfood," these tiny greens are highly valued for their delicious flavours, vibrant colours, and dense nutrient profiles.
